The scriptaculous, which is the most widely used to Ajax effects in web development, also adopts GitHub for SCM(Source Control Management).
GitHub seems to get the same path to be the majority in it's area such like Ubuntu Linux or OpenID.

Prototype is one of my must-use tools in web development, by it shows relatively slow response time and bad performance, compared to jQuery. The prototype development team also seems to know that problems, so after one or two release step later, I wish it will be the really MONSTER.
